Paragon’s 2025 Year in Review

I’ve been thinking about how to recap 2025 for Paragon, and I keep coming back to the same thing.
The numbers.
56% of our web leads were return guests or referrals
95% guest satisfaction score
But here’s what those numbers don’t show you: the team behind them.
I work remotely in California, so I don’t see the day-to-day operations firsthand. But I see something else: the guest surveys. And what I read in those surveys tells me everything I need to know about the humans I work with.
I see guests mentioning that our team responded at 9pm when something went wrong. I hear about problems solved before the guest even realized there was one. I read comments like, “Amy provided excellent customer service from start to finish.” or “Shauna and Brit have been very helpful!” and I think, that’s just a regular old Tuesday for this team.
These people are remarkable.
They’re the ones who stay late to make sure an apartment is perfect. Who respond promptly, help genuinely, and do whatever it takes to make someone feel welcomed and cared for. They treat every guest with the kind of dignity, respect, and hospitality we’d all want to experience.
And here’s something our team didn’t even want me to mention: they hand-deliver cookies and Christmas cards to the apartment community teams we partner with. Not because anyone asked them to. Just because that’s who they are.
When 56% of our guests come back or refer someone? That’s not marketing. That’s our team proving they’re worth trusting.
When we hit 95% satisfaction? That’s the result of people who genuinely care about treating others the way they’d want to be treated.
To the Paragon team: thank you. Thank you for showing up the way you do, for caring the way you care, and for making these numbers possible. You’re the reason guests trust us, come back, and tell others to stay with us.

I love my job. But mostly, I love getting to tell the story of a team that makes my job easy and guests who trust us enough to come back.
We’re humbled. We’re grateful. And we can’t wait to do it all again in 2026.
